DESCRIPTION:Ibn\, Ali Boxing Club will host The Diamond Gloves Tournament which will kick off on Friday\, October 8th\, at the Westside Recreation Essex County Park\, 600 S 17th Street\, Newark\, New Jersey.\nBoxers weigh in on Friday at 4:30 p.m. and the scale will close promptly at 6:30 pm. The first bout is at 7:30 pm. The weight allowance is 1 LB. for the quarter and semi-final bouts. NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCE FOR THE FINAL bouts. If your bout is a final bout\, please ensure you are on weight and note there are some finals on the opening shows.\nAll boxers and coaches must have books with up-to-date certifications.\nAnyone needing a book\, please reach out prior to the event to the New Jersey Association of USA Boxing\nhttp://www.usaboxingnj.com/\nThe finals will be held at Westside Recreation Essex County Park\, 600 S 17th Street\, Newark\, New Jersey on Sunday\, October 17th.\nThe ELITE division winners will qualify for Team New Jersey 2021 and represent NJ LBC 07 at the USA Nationals in Louisiana in December
